Shipping

Orders received by 11:00 a.m. on a business day, and for which payment has been confirmed, are shipped the same day.
Orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Fukuoka Prefecture, so please understand that the date of arrival varies depending on the delivery region.

Shipping Charges
Customers who purchase JPY 5,000 or more (tax included) in a single order receive complimentary shipping. (This may change depending on circumstances.)

Delivery Time

• For products whose detail page does not state the number of days until delivery, shipment and delivery are normally made within 2 to 3 business days of your order (or, where convenience store payment is selected, of confirmation of payment).
• Pre-order products are scheduled to be shipped in accordance with the expected delivery date stated on the relevant product detail page.
• If pre-order products and regular products are purchased together in a single order, the order will, as a general rule, be shipped in accordance with the expected delivery date of the pre-order products. If you wish to receive the regular products first, please place a separate order for each product.
• Please note in advance that delivery of some products may take longer than usual.
• Please note in advance that the delivery date stated on each product detail page may vary slightly.
• During the year-end and New Year holidays, Golden Week, the summer period (Obon), consecutive holidays of three days or more (Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays) and similar periods, delivery may be later than usual. In such cases the shop will notify you, so please check the notice.
